Because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds. However, we stand behind our quality and want you to be completely satisfied.
Exchanges for Sizing Issues
If your garment doesn't fit properly due to a sizing issue, we offer free alterations or a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery. The garment must be unworn and in its original condition.

- • We'll arrange pickup and alteration at no extra cost
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace the item at no cost including shipping.
